OC(s) online

In Lightroom Classic, on a PC, my folders are in "OC(S) online"? Are they being stored on my computer? I hope so. If so, where?

In your LrC Catalog Library Grid view- [Right-Click] on one image and choose [Show in Explorer].

Windows File Explorer will open up to the Drive/folder location where the file is stored.
