Ongoing Lightroom Performance Issues – Crashes, Slowness, and Unstable Workflow

Lightroom is running extremely slowly and not functioning properly. It crashes frequently, takes a very long time to load, and often freezes during editing, which makes my work very difficult. I usually work with large wedding catalogs of around 2,000 photos, and this makes the situation even worse.

I have already tried optimizing the catalog, uninstalling and reinstalling the application, disconnecting external drives, and even purchased an additional RAM card to improve performance, but nothing has solved the problem.

In addition, I noticed that when my internet connection is active at the same time—especially when I select and apply changes to a large number of photos—my internet suddenly starts lagging as well. It seems there may be a connection between the two.

Another issue is that when I lower the screen resolution, Lightroom crashes less frequently, but the performance is still not good. Of course, I would like to be able to work at full resolution, as my monitor supports, without crashes or performance issues
