Open ACR from Lightroom Classic

I have a client that used Adobe ACR and bridge for years and had a workflow that uses ACR's keyboard shortcuts.  He loves the catalog system in LRC but wants to use ACR for raw processing as the shortcuts are different and he wontn adapt. We have discussed workarounds by using smart objects and opening ACR from there in photoshop but is there ANY other way to get an image from Lightroom Classic to ACR.  Droplet, action, script plugin? I think I have exhausted the possibilities but wanted to check.

The answer is this: https://www.photographers-toolbox.com/products/jbeardsworth/opendirectly/ It does require a bit of extra work however. A raw image that is edited in ACR, will not show these edits automatically in Lighroom. You must use 'Read Metadata from File' before it does.

Thanks for a great suggestion. cant select ACR as its not a stand alone application so I cant see how to make it work. Open in bridge does not do anything.

Useful little plugin though. Im sure ill find a use for it

Select Photoshop. Photoshop will launch ACR if it's a raw file.

I'm fairly sure that it's not possible. That being said, if issue is the keyboard shortcuts, then checkout the Any Shortcut Plugin for Lightroom Classic. The plugin vcan be used to remap most of the shortcuts used by Lightroom Classic.
