  1. I am using Windows 10. When I right click on photograph and choose "edit with" it will sometimes open the folder with the install button available to click on and sometimes it is greyed out.  I don't know what I am doing differently. If any one can advise I would be obliged

Do you use SmartPreviews? If yes, are in this case the original files available whenn you tried to edit in Photoshop?

Is it possible that sometimes two or more photos are selected? The function "Edit in Photoshop" can be used only with one photo.

Thanks Betreff for your reply. I dont use smart preview and it's only one photo. I only use lightroom.

What file format is the photo (e.g. JPEG, TIFF, Raw)

 

Can you also provide a screenshot of the folder that displays 'install'
