Other Lightroom Device showing up in Lightroom Classic Folders

I have an accumulation of Other Lightroom Device showing up in the LrC folders (see attachment).  What are these? Do I need them?  How do I get rid of them?

Also, is there a way to reorganize the order of what is in the folders section (like MacHD and external HD with pictures?).

I don't have a clear answer myself to your question but will mention a couple of things-

'Other Devices' are folders that have automatically been created by syncing files from mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, Android devices).

Note that each of these folders exhibit the synced icon.

If you click the disclosure triangles you might see sub-folders with the files being synced.

By setting the Location for synced files in Preferences > Sync Tab  I believe you will avoid these "other Lightroom devices" folders and synced photos will then go to the folder of your choice.

Another forum member may be able to give you an exact answer.

Adobe Help page-

"...Synced photos also appear in the All Synced Photographs collection in the Catalog panel, as well as in the Folders panel in Lightroom Classic on your desktop under the name of your device or in a folder you designate in Preferences > Lightroom Sync > Location."

Not sure what you mean by "Other Lightroom Device." please explain more.

The attachment screen-clip has nothing to do with Lightroom. Looks like a receipt from Intuit (Quickbooks?). Maybe you captured a (JPG) screen-clip of the receipt and unknowingly imported it into the Lr-Classic catalog.

My apologies. I attached the wrong screenshot, apparently.  This should be the correct one.
