Bonjour,

L'outil suppression des distractions ne fonctionne pas. Je clique sur l'outil suppression et sur IA gérérative mais impossible d'activer mais "reflet" et "personne" sont grisés. J'ai essayé avec des photos JPEG et RAW.

Windows 10, LRC 14.4

Merci pour votre aide

Béatrice

'"reflection" and "person" were grayed out. I tried with JPEG and RAW photos. Windows 10, LRC 14.4

If your computer has a Windows ARM processor, Distraction Removal is not currently supported:

Very good. To help others, which of the steps made it work for you?

Hi @beatricel64691267, Let's try to figure this out! Since the Remove Distractions tool isn't working as expected, here are a few steps you can try:

1. Re-enable the distraction removal features: Open the Remove tool in the Develop module. Hold down the Alt key (Windows) and click the visibility icon at the left end of the Distraction Removal panel. This should toggle the switch and re-enable the grayed-out options.

2. Check your internet connection: The Generative Remove feature requires an active internet connection. If you're offline, only basic tools like Heal and Clone will be available.

3. Try a different image: Test with another RAW or JPEG photo to rule out file-specific issues.

4. Update your GPU drivers: Outdated graphics drivers can interfere with tool functionality. You can visit your GPU manufacturer's site to download the latest version.

If none of these steps work, please send your system information like @Ian Lyons recommended. I hope this helps! ^CH
