P: (Early Access) Content Authenticity Initiative (CAI) for (CR & LrClassic)

Hello! 
I’m having some issues with the content credentials application while exporting my photos.

I’m constantly getting the error “couldn’t apply content credentials” an fail the export of some o the selected photos that I chose to export.

The only solution is to export without content credentials, it doesn’t work with social media and also with just the name of the photographer…

What am I missing or what can I do or can you do to solve this?

Still having issues applying when exporting from LRC to a simple jpg file. 

Sad that the feature does not work properly , and does not apply credential on photos edited inl ightroom correctly . pretty annoying fro cosplay photos  and animal photography , no reason , no explanation , just fail . pretty annoying and disapointing 

Starting today, all exports with content credentials are failing for me. If I go to the export preset manually, hit “Refresh” on the Content Credentials panel, then export, it will work. I save the settings to the export preset, try again, and it works exactly one time. This is true of ALL export presets that include Content Credentials. Lightroom Classic 15.5.1, MacOS 26.6.2 (25G83)

This feature is terrible! Some, NOT ALL, of my exports refused to write Content Credentials. I didn't even realize it was a “new” feature. Multiple exports, multiple fails, re-export, re-fail. Multiple uploads to Zenfolio, count images … not enough. Start over. Repeat. Repeat. I HATE THIS NEW FEATURE and finally disabled it on this last export. 

Not even the basic attach to files works reliably. 100% production not ready. We are not paid beta testers FFS!

Exports keep failing again and again. No attempts to retry. Just failing. 

If LRC is started without connection, it fails 100% regardless of present status. But it also fails otherwise. Just SO CRAZY ANNONYING. This has got to be vibe coded. The whole recent LR and PS. 

My exports fail every single time when I attach credentials. This is new. It did not used to do this.

Content credentials fails my export every single time. Checked or unchecked, at least one image will not export. 

C2PA is an important technology that allows us to verify the authenticity of our images. At first, it worked flawlessly, but now there are issues with exporting. Some images aren't exported due to problems with C2PA. If you try again, it might work—or it might not. However, with enough attempts, you can always export all the images. I think the problem has existed since the last (or maybe the one before last) update.
