P: LrC 15.6 Preview does not render for images with specific Content Credentials

Lightroom previews won’t stop “Loading.” And these are minimal-size previews, which I created when this problem started with 1:1 previews after I removed all the files from Lightroom and re-imported them. And, when I attempt to build 1:1 previews, even if I only select one, the progress bar doesn’t move at all or gets stuck. This issue just started up a day or two ago.

    Some initial troubleshooting steps:

    1. Make a new empty test catalog and import just a few photos. Does the problem occur on that new catalog?

    2. If the problem doesn’t occur with the new catalog, that suggests the problem is with your main catalog. Try deleting its preview cache, as described here;

    https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/lightroom-classic/desktop/kb/lightroom-gives-error-preview-cache.html

    3. If this doesn’t help, please do the LR menu command Help > System Info, click the Copy button in the upper right corner, and paste into your reply here, so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.

    What module are you in?   This screen shot is showing you a preview (the image) so it is probably the full size image that is being loaded for use in the develop module.  Or, if you are in the Loupe view it may be trying to build a larger preview required to display the image in a larger screen space.

    Verify that the image is not marked as missing.

    No, not marked as missing. Even after deleting the preview cache and bringing everything back in, the issue persists.
