P: Selecting the Crop Tool and remain in Reference View.

Hi,

I have to admit that I'm a very curious person, maybe I'm a photojournalist also because of this.

I'd like to know why still on August 22, 2025, working with Lightroom Classic , "Selecting the Crop Tool will exit Reference View" and if I'm doing the same thing with Lightroom Desktop I'm able to crop in the Reference View. Why Adobe? Why?!?
