Pagaille dans mes dossiers depuis l'arrivée de Lightroom CC

Bonjour à tous,

Je travaille avec lightroom depuis 10 ans, j'adorai ce logiciel mais depuis l'apparition de lightroom CC, outre les bugs bizarres, je galère avec mes dossiers, mes catalogues et mes collections synchronisées. J'ai fait de multiples essais mais plus on avance dans le temps et plus mes photos se perdent, se mélangent, se démultiplient ou disparaissent.

Je ne sais plus quoi faire ! Si ça continue je vais laisser tomber Lightroom qui me rend dingue, plus qu'autre chose. Connaitriez-vous quelqu'un qui serait capable de m'aider à y voir plus clair et à reprendre du plaisir avec ce logiciel et la retouche de mes photos ?

I think you are syncing your images from Lightroom Classic? It is not clear from your post but since you use the words "catalogues" and "collections synchronisées" I am assuming you are. There are a few troubleshooting steps when you are using Classic to sync back and forth to the cloud Lightroom. One is to go into Preferences, select the Lightroom sync tab and disclose the sync activity tab at the bottom. Look at what is there. Sometimes there will be lots of stuck images. If nothing seems to actually be happening here, hold the option key and instead of the list you should see two new hidden buttons. Use the "Rebuild sync data" button. Lightroom will exit and restart and will rebuild the sync database. This generally fixes things but can take a long time to fully finish.

Thans a lot but I've "rebuilt the sync data" at least an hundred times and it has never solved my problem. As it takes time to put everything in order I can't keep on working, otherwise it gets worth. I've done many mistakes and now I'm completly stuck in beetween the lost fields of lightroom Classic and Lightroom CC.
