Paid plan gone to trial ?

Hello,

I have a monthly subscription for a 20GB Photography plan ( £9-98 )

Yesterday something happened, and both PS and LRc have gone to a 7 day trial.

I have un-installed and re-installed, but still the same.

How can this go back to the full versions please ??
