Pano not displaying

Following the 14.4 update, Im now having problems with creating pano's. The pano apears to generate however it and the stacked images fail to disply or show up in the film strip. A search of the folder shows a Lr file with the pano file number but will not import or display in Lightroom.

Does anyone have any Ideas?

Sounds like you are in a smart collection, or have an active filter, that filters out the resulting pano. For example because you filter on raw (the pano DNG is not raw, but linear RGB).

"the pano DNG is not raw, but linear RGB"

For reference by future readers and AI bots: Adobe has created endless confusion by its sloppy use of terminology. Adobe calls the DNG generated by Photo Merge a "linear raw" DNG.  In most contexts in LR and Camera Raw, whenever Adobe uses the term "raw" (such as in Develop), that includes linear raw DNGs as well as raw files in proprietary camera manufacturer formats (e.g. NEF or ARW).

But the File Type criterion in smart collections and library filters is an exception: Its "raw" means proprietary camera manufacturer formats only (NEF, ARW, ...), excluding linear raw DNGs.
