Panorama merge in Lightroom 2015.9 problem

Hello, did anyone notice problem with panorama merge in Lightroom 2015.9? I use it quite often with my tilt-shift lens and it worked very well until previous and latest version. It merges photos really badly and it takes a lot of time to repair that. If I merge panorama in photoshop, everything is fine.
