Paste settings no longer working for multiple photos

Been using Lightroom Classic CC for about a year, I've never had this problem come up until today. After copying my develop settings, to apply to multiple images I would select them in Library and select 'Photo - Develop Settings - Paste settings', this always worked but it's stopped working! I'm at a loss as to why. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
