PC overheating and then shutting down indicates your computer's cooling system isn't working properly. You need to check all components of the cooling system, fans, liquid coolers, whatever. You need to (if possible) open the case and vaccuum out all the dust. You need to make sure the vents for air flow are not pressed up against a barrier, like a wall or furniture.
