Lightroom Classic CC 7.3. When creating slideshows in PDF format, I get bright flashes after most slides display. Tried different Macs to create and display. (Automatic mode with 5 sec length. Tried 1 sec and no crossfade,) (2011 27" iMac, 2.7 GHz, Core i7, 512 MB V RAM, 16 GB RAM and 2016 MBP 15" Core i7, 2.6 GHz, 2 or 1.5 GB V RAM, 16 GB RAM)

    Hi PilotJimL,

As you're seeing flashes after a slide in a slideshow, could you please try deselecting "Use Graphics Processor" located under Lightroom's Preferences > Performance, then relaunch Lightroom and let us know if it helps?

Also, please have a look at this article for Lightroom Classic CC's system requirements, as I believe the 2011 iMac doesn't meet the system requirements as it has only 512 MB of VRAM: Lightroom Classic CC system requirements

    Regards,

    Sahil

I thrashed that 20111 iMac version and switched to my 2016 MBP15wTB to create newer copies, so I don't know, but that sounds like a good possibility. 512 MB is low for VRAM. Thanks.
