• Does your computer meet or exceed the recommended system requirements?

• Do you fill out the crash reports and include your Adobe ID? Staff reads these and can see why it is crashing for you
• Did this just start or has it been on-going?
• Did anything trigger it? A new installation? An OS upgrade?
• What is your OS and version?
