Phone photos stopped syncing to LRC on laptop.

My goal is to import my phone pics via LR Mobile to LR Classic, edit them,  and save it all to an external hard drive.  No monkeying around with cloud storage.

     This worked for a long time, but now no downloads.  Also, the previous imports have disappeared, although they still show in the navigator ( see screen shot).

    Meanwhile, synced collections in LRC  sync to the phone just fine.
