Photo Exposure between Lightroom and Windows

Hi

How to setting the photo's exposure and contrast in lightroom 5 as same as in windows ?

I had import a photo to lightroom 5 but I found the exposure and contrast were not same as it open in windows.

    Lightroom is a non-destructive editor. It appears you have applied adjustments to the image file in the Develop module. The only way to see those adjustments outside of Lightroomj is to Export to a new file, which will apply the adjustments and make them visible in other applications.
