Photo freezes, but Lightroom is not crashing

Like it says in the title. The issue I have is that the picture I'm working on is freezing in the main module, but all other Lightroom functions are still working.

Selecting another photo does not help, Lightroom will still show the frozen picture.

The only thing that helps is to close Lightroom and start it again.

This is happening several times every session I'm editing photos right now.

Does anyone have a solution?
