Photo Merge doesn´t work

I have struggled with this problem for a long time but enough is enough. The Photo Merge (HDR Panorama...) doesn´t work at all. When selecting all the HDR panorama images and trying to merge HDR panorama, nothing happens. But if I make at least one change to white balance, exposure, etc in one image and then Sync this to all HDR panorama´s original images, merge HDR panorama command works. This is frustrating! Please, let me know if there´s a solution for this.

I haven't seen this, perhaps because I always apply certain settings on import. You answered your own question already. Apply a develop setting to all images on import, by using a develop preset on import. Could be something unimportant, like setting Contrast to +1 or something like that.
