Photo non visible dans ligthroom classic

Bonjour mes photos sont bien disponible dans le repertoire de mon pc, mais ne sont pas visible dans le dossier ligthroom. j'ai essayé de synchroniser mais l'appli "tourne" sans resultat au bout de plusieurs heures...

Hello, my photos are available in the directory of my pc, but are not visible in the ligthroom folder. I tried to synchronize but the app "runs" without result after several hours...

 

Synchronize folders never fixes these problems, and can make the problem worse. The solution is to find the photos in Lightroom Classic. Please follow all four of these steps in the Lightroom Classic Library Module, in order.

 

1. Click on All Photographs (its on the left under Catalog)
2. Turn off all filters (Ctrl-L once or twice)
3. Expand All Stacks (Photo->Stacking->Expand All Stacks)
4. In the Filter Bar, search for one of these missing photos by File name

 

Let us know if you find them this way.

 

There is another possibility, but before we get into that, let us know if you find them. Also, don't bother creating a new catalog until you go through the four steps I mentioned.

J'ai suivi vos instructions et la réponse est non je ne retouve pas mes photos par la recherche

exemple avec la DSC03815.JPG alors qu'on la voit bien sur le disque reseau

Your screen capture shows you didn't do the four steps properly. You need to first click on All Photographs, not any specific folder. Then also steps 2-4.

 I'll need more information to help you figure this out. Please share the system information from Lightroom Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach here.

 

Where is the catalog stored? On the internal or external drive? Try these suggestions:


1 - As a test, create a new catalog from File > New Catalog & check if the issue exists.
