Photograph de saturated and flat etc

Hi everyone. 

Whenever I move a photograph from LR to PS and back again the photograph is flat, de-saturated and under exposed .

I have checked colour settings etc without success and I do not know how to resolve .

Any help appreciated .

There was a bug in the last version that stripped the color profile but this is fixed on the previous release. Check that you have the latest version of both applications.

Thank you , I have re-installed both LR and PS but the issue still exists !Thanks for trying to help
