I'm unable to us LR classic cc because i am getting the "your plan has expired. Please update your payment details to reactivate".  When i go to manage payment to reactivate my plan i get "an error occurred. we've encountered an error processing your information. try submitting again, or use a different web browser"

I'm not sure how a month to month subscription is deactivated when nothing has changed on my billing. I have people waiting on their photos and this is making me nuts.

Anyone have any suggestions?

    But, then you might be having an issue in your browser and doing these sort of things at Adobe. Do you have alternate browsers? Mozilla Firefox?  Chrome? etc.

    Where are you going to “manage payment”? Did you try logging into your account with a web browser? Go to adobe.com and sign in. After you are signed in, click on your profile thumbnail pic in the upper right. Then click on the adobe account link.

    i have tried logging in by going to adobe.com - still no luck with accepting my payment information.
