Photos are grainy after loading

I downloaded my pictures that I just took into Lightroom classic, and in the library the pictures are fine, but when I go into Develope the pictures are all grainy..  Help... What is going on?  I have these pictures that I have to get to someone....

    Look at the pictures at 100%. Are they still grainy? 

     

    But may be they are grainy? what was your ISO setting?
