Photos being adjusted after import

Hi All, 

I have been having some problems with my raw files after importing into Lightroom Classic. Lightroom is changing every photo to Adobe Monochrome and also seems to be auto adjusting the settings. 

I have no idea why this is happening? There are no changes in the 'history' tab or no presets etc selected during import.
