Photos not changing like they did from library to develop..

Hi!

 

When i've imported photos in the past, they show up really gray in the library tab, like a preview or something, and then get their color in the develop tab - i'm sure many of you know what I am talking about.

 

Now they don't. And when I am making adjustments to this grey look - it is really bad.. Do you have any idea?

I assume you are using RAW files.

'In your Import options, are you creating previews?

Please provide additional information, and be specific about your Lightroom and Operating System version numbers?
