Question

Photos not Displaying in Parent Folder

After installing Lightroom Classic 11.5 with Camera Raw 14.5, one of my catalogs will no longer display photos when I am in the parent folder. The "Show Photos in Subfolders" option is clicked. My other catalogs work just fine. I am attaching two screenshots. One of the problem screen with to parent folder selected, the "Show Photos in Subfolders" selected and the empty screen saying "No photos in Selected Folder." You can also see there are no filters applied. Also, the parent folder shows that there are over 88,000 photos assigned to the parent directory based on the photos in the various subfolders.

I also included a screenshot of the About Lightroom to show the software version numbers.

I would really like to find a solution that does not involve recreating the catalog, simply because the folders include video files that require manually inputting titles, tags and changing dates since that information is not saved to the video files.

I will instal the the new LR upgrade that was just released. I will do it over the weekend and see if the problem clears itself. If not I will give your suggestion a try. Thanks.

If you scroll down in the folders panel, are their additional instances of the D drive, or the Photo Album folder?

No. There are no additional instances of the D Drive. I am going to instal the new LR upgrade over the weekend and see what effect that may have. Thanks.
