Hi, I want to ask… Why does my Lightroom automatically apply a preset when I export a new image in format? How do I turn off this setting?

You talk about Import in the title, and then export in the text of the message? Which is it?

If you are really talking about Import, LrC does render its own appearance for RAWs. You may see for a second or two the camera created JPG preview, but this isn't used as LrC does its own rendering of the RAW and the appearance will change. How do you turn it off? You can't. However, you can create your own preset to be applied at Import such that the initial rendering by LrC is much more to your liking.
