Picture Package and Custom Package aren't working

"Picture Package" and "Custom Package" aren't working in the Print module.
Images aren't displayed even when a template is selected.

Have you recently updated the operating system? Have you selected a collection that has any missing images?

As primary steps, try this:

Reset Lightroom Classic following the second (manual) method from this article: https://adobe.ly/4fOPxm4

The latest Windows Update has been applied.

Preference files have been manually deleted.

I also reinstalled Lightroom.

The Intel graphics driver is being updated to a newer version.

In the Print module, when I select a template on the left, no frame appears.

Images also do not appear.

There are other users with the same symptoms as me.
