Plan cloud storage different with Lightroom

Hi There,

I am so confused that my plan comes with 1TB cloud storage, however, my Lightroom tells me that I only have 100GB available in total. Could someone explain to me why or is there any technical support? I can't find any support team or customer service number I can call and clarify...

In step 1, when you go to the website listed in step 1, what is shown?

First, are you referring to Lightroom (Lr icon) or are you referring to Lightroom Classic (LrC icon)? What is the exact name of the plan you have ... go to account.adobe.com and report what it says. Mine looks like this:

Thank you, but I don't think the name matters. My plan included 1 TB, but it shows only 102GB doesn't matter if I open the lightroom class of Lightroom. Thanks
