Windows 10

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor 3.95 GHz

32,0 Go RAM

NVIDIA Quadro P400

Version 13.3 de LrC

Your video card is 7 years old, and most likely is unable to handle the increased load put on the GPU by Lightroom C.assic 13.x

Step 1: Make sure the driver for the GPU is up to date. If that doesn't work then unfortunately for you, the next step probably  is

Step 2: purchase and install a newer and much more powerful GPU (if it will run in your computer with your OS and motherboard, check the requirements). An Nvidia RTX 3060 or RTX 4060 will be fine.

Thank you very much...
I feared this type of response, but you have to make up your mind.

We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Microsoft’s? Apple’s?

Dear Rikk,
This is exactly what I explained in my first intervention: I don't even have a crash message... LrC closes without a message and I then don't have access to the usual bug report...
In fact, it's like I closed LrC by myself

Given that, it sounds like a OS hardware crash and not an application crash.
I would refer you to Microsoft's error logging to see if any tangible clues are left behind.
