Plug-in Manager , Unable to Export

So, I'm new to this program.  I am attempting to Export my logo onto photos.  But it won't export because the window "Plug-In Manager" Above it says: Unable to Export: you have not chosen an application to open files. So I opened the Plug-In Manager, but just do not understand how to proceed from there.  Could really use some assistance with this.  Thanks in advance.
