Plug in Nik Collection doesn't work anymore

Ik think due to the last update of Lightroom the plugins of the Nik collection, will not start up anymore. It does seem to do something, because as soon as I choose: Photo-Develop in- Silver Efex pro 2 it produces a Tiff file and puts it back in LR.

It's the Nik collection of 2015.... but it always worked ok !

Is there something wrong or is the software of Nik collection not compatible with ver 15 of LR?
