Plugins (topaz) cause LRC 15.0.1 to Freeze completly

Since upgrading to 15.0.1 of LRC all Topaz plugins except AI Studio, fail to load and causes LRC to Freeze completely requiring a forced shutdown.  I have uninstalled the Topaz products and reinstalled them, to no avail. Any suggestions as to what I may do to fix this? 

I’m running on Windows 11 with 13th gen of intel i9, and 32gb free ram and 4 tb free disk space, for graphics I have a Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 ti with 12gb ram. Everything worked before the upgrade.
