Post Migration Issue on MacBook Pro M2

Having successfully migrated LR from my Windows Device to my new Macbook Pro M2. I find that I no longer can hand the edit off to Topaz or Nik Collection as I used to be able to do in windows. The migration really only involved copying the catalogue and repointing to my files (which are located on an external SanDisc). The effror message I receive is ... "LR was unable to prepare the selected file...". Is there a setting I have missed which would enable this hand over within Lightroom. Just to confirm ... The disc is not currupt as LR, Topaz and Nik can all see and edit files on the disc. The isssue is related to the hand over between LR and Topaz and or Nik.

migration, other than data, generally causes more problems with adobe apps than it's worth. ie, you should uninstall your adobe apps from your old computer, migrate to your new computer and then properly install the adobe apps on your new computer.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

thanks - the install and migration are all 'clean' except for this issue. it would be great if you move the queery to the correct forum.
