Potential Support Data Privacy Disaster

Today i had a terrible hickup with LR (latest by today), froze at starting up, at the Cat Selection Window, however, this is not my concern right now,

after having two agents i was transferred from the german support to a english speaking agent, who after 1hr trying around via remote desktop, uploaded the complete LR cat (1GB+) to CC and sent himself the link in the RemoteDesktop Chat, at this point i started to getting a bit worried, since the LR cat contains quite a lot of client data, faces, personal client images, ... since the CC upload was not working he used OneDrive, and here i get upset, the onedrive link was used one hour later again a second time.

he mentioned at at repairing they dont see any images ("blacked out") and his question later "is this your work" started worring me quite more.

any one can confirm this is a standard procedure?

No one here in this forum, other than Adobe staff, can speak on behalf of what Adobe tech support should or should not do. Whether some Adobe staff person in this forum will speak to you about this issue is unknown.
