Every time I got to edit preferences in Lightroom Classic.. it comes up Not responding and I have to restart Lightroom.  Have tried everything, but I still can't open the Preferences options.

The preferences file is probably corrupted, so try deleting it. Lighroom will create a new preferences file on the next launch.

Close Lightroom, then use the File explorer and go to

C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Preferences

Delete the file named Lightroom Classic CC 7 Preferences.agprefs – then launch Lightroom.

Do you have other problems as well – like for instance images not displaying in Develop, or displaying with wrong colors?

And are you on Mac or Windows?

Hi everything else seems to be working OK, and I'm using Windows 10, which is up to date.
