As far as I know, Lightroom (cloud) does not have a Develop module, and the Presets panel is indeed top left in LrC's Develop module, so I think this is Lightroom Classic.

This is probably a GPU issue, please go to Help > System info in LrC, click the Copy button and paste in a new reply.

More likely a preferences issue. See the link I posted. I don't think saving a preset requires the GPU, so it sounds unlikely to me that Lightroom Classic would run fine while you edit and then has a GPU problem when you want to save the edits as a new preset.

If you are using Lightroom (Lr icon) and not Lightroom Classic (LrC icon), you should post in the Lightroom (Ecosystem) forum and not in the Lightroom Classic forum.

Why do you think he might not be using Lightroom Classic? He posts in this forum, talks about the Develop module and the plus icon left to create a new preset. That all sounds like Lightroom Classic to me. Lightroom presets are in a panel on the right.
