Preset edits not sync on Creative Cloud

I have edited photos with a preset on Lightroom Classic 2017 and shared them automatically on Creative Cloud. However the photos dowloaded in Creaive Cloud do not have the editions done. They are saved in the raw version. How can I sync the preset edits and be sure that they are saved correctly for CC and other devices?

Why are you still on v7?

Depending on your computer OS, RAM, GPU, etc, you might not be able to upgrade to v11.5, but you should be able to upgrade to better than v7.

 

Hech, why 7.0.1, you could at least be at 7.5.

From Classic, sharing is done by collections. Collections actually always reflect the latest developments done.

If you apply a preset in development, then the very same image in a collection is updated as well.

Please describe your process and how people look at your shared photos in more details.

btw. :There is no version LrC 2017. Please check from the system dialog in LrC.

My Lightroom version is as shown in the picture and I am also showing the two images with the preset automated edited when taking the photo on Lightroom and the photo without the presets as saved in Creative Clouds.

Version 10.4 or later is required for syncing Lightroom Classic with the cloud images. You would need to update your LrC  Version 7 application.
