Preset issue Please Help

When I use presets I have used for years they now only come out black and white for some reason. Also when I copy develop settings and paste them they dont keep the same profile anymore and come out washed looking. Was never an issue before. Tried un-installing and re-installing, updating camera RAW...no luck. Please help.

Thanks but still doesn't explain the black and white on all my go to presets Even when I go down to a earlier version can't get that to work anymore.
