Preset not working

Hi. I've moved my lightroom classic to my new macbook pro with M2. I always edit my work with one particular preset from arquipelago (basecamp) and when i import it to my users presets, it doesn't show on the list. When i changed the name or something and try to import it again, it keeps saying that the preset was already imported 😕😕 and it's not. It's very important to my work, anyone there that can help me? it imports any other preset, just this especific one not...
