I just got a new macbook and am importing my presets into my Lightroom Classic. A majority of my presets have imported, but none of my black and white ones have. Where are they and what do I do?

What do you mean with 'where are they'? They are where your other presets are, and apparently you know where these are because you imported them. If you mean that you imported your B&W presets but they do not show in Lightroom, then please note this: there is a bug in Lightroom that does not show a preset at all if that preset is supposed to apply a (custom) profile, but that profile is missing.
