Presets are grayed out

In the preset I imported
there are some that are grayed out. I know this because there is no corresponding profile.
I would like to ask, will these gray presets, and those that are not gray, be the same in terms of effect? Or is there any difference.
Is there any way to solve these problems and find the profiles they want.

Most profiles are designed to make noticable changes, so I doubt they'd look the same. The profiles may also be camera specific. You can right click on a preset and Show in Finder/Explorer. Open the file in a text editor. Look for the camera profile line which looks like this

   crs:CameraProfile="Camera PROVIA/Standard"

 If it has some kind of custom or camera specific name, you'll need to go to the preset maker to get the profile.

Presets shown in gray italics are only partially compatible with the currently selected photo.  See here for details:
