presets aren't importing in Lightroom Classic

I'm trying to import my preset to Lightroom Classic and this message keeps popping up.

"Unable to import presets"

"A file could not be created."

    Hi Megan,

     

    Thank you for reaching us out on community. Is that a 3rd party preset are you trying to import in Lightroom Classic? Or are you moving presets from one computer to another?
