I updated recently to the latest one here in April 2018 and opened up Lightroom and all my presets are gone.

I looked in all the normal folders, can't find anything.

    Hi KingstonPhoto,

Sorry that you cannot access your presets after the Lightroom Classic CC update. With the latest version of Lightroom 7.3, all the presets are converting to XMP versions which is also renaming the old .lrtemplate files.

This is known issue where Lightroom ignores the renamed file and cannot read the .lrtemplate file, but the file is still accessible in the old Develop Presets folder, which can be found in "Preferences. Preferences>Presets>Show Lightroom Presets Folder".

I've found this article quite descriptive about what has changed and how you can get back the presets: https://lightroomkillertips.com/managing-develop-presets-7-3-update-classic/

Let us know if that helps.

    Thanks,

    Akash

    all the normal folders,

Can you be more specific and name the folders full path?

Do you store presets with Catalog? (option in preferences)

    it didnt work...

    Again, more details please?

What do you see in the Presets panel?

Also can you post a Screen-clip of your [System Info] from the Menu: >Help?

    Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.3, Photoshop 27.5, ACR 18.3, Lightroom 9.3, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.3 .
