Presets missing. The missing instruction.

The Preset window in Library was empty. I just spent several frustrating hours trying to find the presets that I had just purchased and downloaded. No matter what I did helped. Finally, I found a post on the subject and the answer was just stupidly simple. HOWEVER many of the answers were no way near the mark. 

Check first if you have imported them correctly. They will show in Lightroom CC/Preferences/Presets and in the little window "Global" scroll down to Preset and the list of Presets should appear.

Now all you need to do is Develop/Import an image and then they appear!
