In the System Info, your license says 'Trial'. That probably means you are not logged in with the CC App (unless you are really using a trial version). That may be the reason of your problems.

The ~~ in front of the names of your presets means you are looking at the old (pre 7.3) presets. Lightroom places two tildes in front of the name so it knows that these presets have been converted to XMP already.

automatically it is not showing up

Do you mean not visible in the Preset Panel?

Are you toggling the 'spinner' to show presets in the User Group?

Are you looking in other Group folders for alternative names to the Group?

Do you mean- Not adjusting the photo?

Have you opened [Manage Presets...] from the + icon menu?

Are the Presets- Develop Presets, Brush Presets, or Profile Presets?

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.3, Photoshop 27.5, ACR 18.3, Lightroom 9.3, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.3 .
