Price difference phone v tablet?

Hi,  

Thinking to get Lightroom on my android phone and/or my android tablet.  Both a latest Samsung devices if it makes any difference.  

 

The cost on my phone is 3.79 per month and on my tablet it is 4.49 per month.  

 

Was wondering why the difference for the same product.  

 

Also, will I have to buy two licences for these two devices or is it tied to my account/ email?

    No. Buy one - whichever is the best deal at the time. The subscription is for all your devices (not PCs) if they are signed into the same Adobe ID.

    Sometimes certain manufacturers/regions/app stores have special pricing for limited times.
