Print and Printer greyed out

Hello: I had a working Lightroom Classic and Canon Print Studio but had to wipe Windos off and start fresh. A Microsoft update didn't play nice. So, a fresh install of Lightroom Classic. Tried to install Canon Print Studio, it appeared to install but told a file was missing when I tried to run it in Lightroom. This seems to be a common problem! So I ignored it and tried to just use Print. But no image showed and the Print and Printer buttons are greyed out. I do have 'Print To' set to printer.

Any ideas please?
